- The buttons on this site can be accessed using the Tab key to move from one button to the next.
- Buttons have title attributes which describe the link in greater detail.
- All links can be followed in any browser, even if scripting is turned off, with the exception of the Print Notes button (see JavaScript entry below).
- There are no links that open new windows without warning.

All content images used in the homepage and all archives include descriptive ALT tags. Certain elements within this site uses tables for layout. To address accessibility issues with tables:
